Chris Hall was recommended to my husband and me by a family member in 2021 when we first decided we wanted to purchase our first home. He has been friendly, supportive, and educational regarding our "lack of experience" in the market. Over the year and half he worked with us, he was willing to run numbers multiple times and was forthcoming information on what we needed to do to be ready to put in offers. Chris is absolutely amazing. We had some hiccups with appraisal delays but he had everything else in order and we were fully underwritten, as soon as the appraisal came back the CD went out within hours and we signed, funded and closed all in one day the following Monday, HE is a MIRACLE WORKER!
