Marcus was extremely helpful and patient while helping me find the bike that was right for me. I started (with my son) looking for a bike but ended up purchasing a trike. Marcus then helped me lower the seat, and remove the handle bars and front tire so it would fit in my Ford Escape. He also made sure that I knew how to put it back together. (I had assured him that I was quite handy with tools and had all the necessary ones for reassembly.) I think he spent well over an hour helping me and answering all of my questions. I took my trike for it's first ride this morning and was very pleased with how it went. Planning on taking it out again this evening.
