Quality Product, Service and Sales. Every product, with intense usage, will eventually require service. It won't fail...but does require that occasional 'tune-up'. Scheller's has the Team and Staff that operate timely, safely, professionally...and communicates every step of the way. They have a customer for life...!

I commute to Lexington & if I ever need any of my bikes serviced, I bring it in to Scheller's. Best shop I've found with polite, knowledgeable & skilled staff. Prices are reasonable & repairs are to notch!

I live a couple hours away from Lexington in an area where there are no bicycle sales and repair shops so when my daughter recommended Scheller's I brought my bike them. I knew nothing of this Trek bike as it had recently been given to me, and it needed new innertubes and I needed some tutoring on how to use the gears. The sales folks were very friendly and helpful, explained what was needed to fix the bike and the work was done in a timely manner. When I picked it up, an associate helped me understand the gear system, loaded the bike into my car, showed me how to take the front tire off and how to put it back on when I got home. The best offer he made was to call if I had any questions once I got home. Getting the tire back on was not a problem, but hooking the front brake cables was, so I called the shop and was graciously given step by step instructions as I was talked through the process. I really appreciate the time and patience given while I learned via phone how to put the brakes back together. Thanks guys! Susie Duncan

Scheller’s did a thorough and expert tune up on our Spin Bike - a Lemond Revmaster Pro. Chad Moren did an outstanding job of keeping us informed how the stages of the tune up were going, and called us when the bike was ready. He also brought the Lemond bike inside your shop from my van, and when finished, Chad and another employee helped place the spin bike back in the van. Lastly, Chad went over how to maintain the Spin Bike in the future. Very happy with Scheller’s professional and helpful staff. Thanks, Lindsey
