We arrived looking for a quality recumbant exercise bike and Josh was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, which gave us confidence. He was quick to pick up on our needs and didn't mislead us or waste our time. Also, the delivery team was professional and efficient in coordinating their arrivale and delivery... and setting up the machine, of course. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience.

Friendly staff were willing to help get my bikes serviced before my scheduled trip despite their busy season. They even helped me unload and load my bikes onto my rack and called to ask my permission before making any repairs beyond the routine service. I’ve always trusted them with my bikes and will continue to come back with all my biking needs.

My salesman Carl was very patient with me. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a new bike then showed me several options including some less expensive models then up to more premium options. He wasn’t pushy and really tried to make sure my new bike fit me and my needs. I rode my new bike on the Legacy trail for the first ride and it made a 9 minute improvement over the same route from my old bike. Thanks Carl!

I was so pleased with the technician's knowledge and skill as well as his affability! I will definitely be back if my classic (i.e. old) three speed should need attention. I did notice a wide selection of bikes from Striders for little kids to comfy electric Townies! Scheller's also has a large selection of fitness bikes.
