I didn't look for a bike for my 7yo anywhere else- but I chose Scheller's over Peddle Power because of location to me. I'm closer to Broomwagon and Bicycleface but I consider them "niche-y" and I wanted to go to a tried and true local business. I'm glad I made the choice I did because Rush and a younger fellow gave me excellent service and I left there with a bike my son loves and am appreciative of the patient sales experience.

Team approach was awesome......we interacted with all 4 people in the shop. They helped me find the perfect bike, worked on it to fit my size, and made me a great deal on a pre-ordered bike that did not work for the original party.

They are very knowledgeable and kind! You can test ride a bike before purchasing. They don't make you feel pressured about buying one. If you like one and need a different size/color, they are able to order it to the store. They have a lifetime warranty and adjust it for you before you pick it up. It's my second bike from them and I don't regret either purchase.

I like the variety of machines available and the staff's knowledge of what they can do. When I was in the store, I was allowed to stay on the equipment long enough to get a real feel for what it could do. I was never made to feel like I was infringing on their time, and I had a good enough feeling that I bought the machine. I'm looking forward to its delivery tomorrow.!
