Every time I come in the store, someone is always ready to greet me and be of help. Yesterday was no exception. I brought in my bike for the lifetime adjustments warranty (thank you for that warranty). While I looked at E-bikes and accessories, the mechanic was making the adjustments. I received a lot of information from the salesman whose name I have forgotten. He checked with me a few times and answered any questions I had. I like the personal service I get when I shop at Scheller's. They make me feel like I am their only customer.
