I've had three bikes serviced at Scheller's this month. The work was done expertly, quickly and at a very fair price. I had new tires put on my bike. It looks like new now. My wife's derailer needed to be adjusted. Works great now. I could not get the screws loose with my wrench to adjust a used bike I picked up. Scheller's had the third bike adjusted for me the next day. The new bike I purchased from them was expertly assembled at a great price. The various accessories have been fairly priced and their expert staff have instructed me how to install. The staff is professional and friendly. They have been very patient with me as I learn my way around bikes. Scheller's is my bike store.

Gave nice advice on changing a rear tire (take a pic first, check for debris in the tire, etc.). I felt it was genuine and trying to be helpful and make my task easier.

Absolutely loved the customer service and the communication between shops to get our bike to us quickly rather than make us wait until another day when we live out of town. A very professional and attentive staff. The technicians appeared competent and we will feel comfortable coming to them with maintenance and repair needs.
