Directed by the child; if there is a song they want to learn that’s what they learn which keeps it fun for them. I do think things have become a little less organized since our school (Arlington heights) changed owners, but our child still loves it!
Good instructors that are flexible with my son and his music preferences. They are doing a great job with helping my son learn to play guitar. I am looking forward to seeing him start the performance option that is offered.
All of the instructors are excellent! My son has learned a lot musically since he joined School of Rock. He has become more confident while performing in front of others. Highly recommend School of Rock Arlington Heights!!
We have been with SOR Arlington for about 4 years and we are so happy to have found this amazing place ❤️. The instructors are talented, creative artists who are passionate about music! My child has made so many amazing connections and we couldn’t be more grateful for School of Rock Arlington Heights!
We love this program! Our son loves it, and the teachers are absolutely amazing! They really take the time to Explain things the correct way yet let the kids have fun.
School of Rock Arlington Heights has been a wonderful experience over the past 3 years. My daughter has done the performance groups, voice and guitar lessons and all have been great! They have talented, caring instructors and the most recent performances were so professional and just a fantastic energy! Looking forward to continuing!
I like that the programs at School of Rock have an individual piece and a group performance piece. The performance piece is what really builds the students drive to improve and practice. I also like that when the students progress through high school and start to outgrow the regular performance piece, there is also the House Band option for them.
Our son has enjoyed more than 6 years at School of Rock, Arlington Heights. We can't recommend this music experience enough. Wonderful individual teaching instruction and outstanding group performance opportunities.
The song-first approach and group-based approach of performance group gears students to accelerate their learning. Additionally, the programs mixture of experienced and less experienced students creates both a learning and mentoring experience, depending on where the student is level-wise. The groups also have a positive social aspect for the students.
School of Rock Arlington Heights is an amazing place! My son loves going. The staff is friendly, kind, and nonweldable. His love for music is growing because of them and their programs.
