Plenty of people will tell you that team sports are wonderful for kids, teaching them to work together towards a common goal, recognizing eachothers' strengths, and knowing that they all have to help out for the team to succeed. I believe that School of Rock bands provide those same benefits, but instead of trying to defeat another team, the kids are entertaining an audience. My kids prefer music to athletics, so this works out great!

It's a great opportunity to perform for children from a young age! It's motivating and fun to be on stage.

We love it! Great instructors and staff. The space is so fun and creative. The kids feel energized and excited. So glad we have this amazing program so close to us!

Variety of class options and instructors. Your staff makes it easy to make changes to my kids' music lessons and scheduling to accommodate their evolving interests and sports schedules. Thank you!

I particularly enjoy having very talented teachers and teachers that are in bands or play instruments in bands.

My daughter feels welcomed and empowered to be herself and explore music. She comes out of band practice every single week stoked and smiling. School of Rock 101 is an awesome program, the Boulder staff are helpful and take good care of us. We LOVE SOR Boulder!

Love the focus on kids and the great community. Would love to see music done by woman/fronted bands. Seems like it’s all by men which is surprising in this day and age! Having music sung by women would also allow the female singers to shine, instead of having to work so hard and sing in a low register, which seems to be the case now.

1/1 lessons are very effective in learning how to play an instrument. The 101 group sessions are important to practice with kids in the same age and in a band - kids learn a lot from it. And in addition we love that our child gets the opportunity to gain confidence by performing on stage!

We're are thankful for the program and really love the staff and instructors. Our only wish would be for more regular progress reports and a sense of how our kids are progressing toward their goals. We know they are very happy, we would just love a little more communication from the instructors from time to time (nothing formal is necessary, just an email or note occasionally). Thank you for supporting and loving our kids.

Love the programming and the instructors. Everyone is helpful and cares and it has a great feeling whenever we are there!

I have never seen my son so engaged in music.

School of Rock is amazing! Gray and Chris really inspire our kiddos and the whole staff is so helpful and kind.

My daughter is excelling in music tremendously. She takes vocal, guitar, keyboard, and drum lessons, and the teachers in Boulder are talented and great at what you do.

We like the combination of instruction and opportunities to perform with a band

My daughter loves SOR. We’ve been there for a little over a year and she’s done keys and vocals. She’s loved all her instructors and definitions forward to voice lessons. She practices constantly. They helped bring out her comfort level and reduce her stage fright. All good things for our family. The team is great at follow ups, scheduling and very personable

We love the variety of music offered from season to season. The instructors have helped challenge our daughter to make great strides with her music.

My fabulous instructer, Kenneth Broussard

Ken is an inspiring teacher. A real rock musician. Look forward to my classes.

Our daughter had a great week of camp with School of Rock. She learned a lot and loved it. One of the Hugh school students that helped, Ava, was awesome and supportive. My only complaint is that there were a couple girls who were misbehaving quite a bit and that was very frustrating for my daughter as even though they kept getting talked to nothing actually changed. This definitely was difficult for my daughter to deal with during that week.
