I like how open the staff is to receiving feedback and taking suggestions and running with them. I feel like they truly listen and care about everyone at the school and want not only the students to keep growing and getting better but the school as well. I’m a part of the adult program and it has far exceeded my expectations and keeps me coming back.

The school offers opportunities to grow in music on any level - with no fear or judgment. The instructors I've had range from very good to excellent. The option to perform in public as part of a band is priceless. The school is very well set up to teach the rank beginner as well as seasoned musicians - from the young to the old(er). I'm extremely glad my kids and I are able to take advantage of this opportunity.

My daughter continues to be excited about making music after every rehearsal and lesson. The staff and faculty are engaged and take a genuine interest in the kids. I love the feedback coming off of each lesson and rehearsal.

The students learn how to work together to put on a show. They learn responsibility and accountability because everyone is counting on them to learn their part. The students are very supportive of each other, which builds confidence not just for the live performances, but in everyday life. The mixture of students of different ages and experience levels provides a great opportunity for students to learn from their peers. There are opportunities to learn about and/or play multiple instruments. The individual lessons allow students to move at a pace most appropriate for them.

School of Rock is my daughter's happy place! She started out a keys player, but then decided to take bass lessons for fun. She is now in the House Band playing keys, bass AND singing. Her confidence has grown so much through this program! The opportunities she has to play shows around Cincinnati are priceless. Thanks, SoR!
