My son started School of Rock almost a year ago. He started in the Rookies class with Mr. Josh. He loved going and learning about different genres and instruments and having fun with new friends that he met. He transitioned into drums with Mr. Matt after about 4 months and has really been enjoying his time with Mr. Matt. We continue to see the progress he is making in learning the drums. He continues to love the class and is eager to learn. Everyone we have encountered have been professional and you can tell they have a passion for music and teaching it to others. It is a great place!

Josh is very good with kids! He taught my oldest and now my youngest. He has very good patients and goes with the flow! And is a good role model! Logan is working with my oldest and motivates him to always do his best. Challenging him each time! Great variety for every type of kid!

School of Rock Instructors, Elk Grove Location have experience and training in their respective fields of study. They often times “walk the walk “with their students, but have the good to back it up.! They encouraged their students to strive for excellence, regardless of skill level. Support and encouragement are paramount in any program however it’s the rule at school of Rock, and not the exception.

We like the method of teaching behind school of rock, the quality of teachers and the variety of different music the kids are exposed to.

The empowering of the kiddos is great. I can hear the effort the instructors put in to the sessions and see it translated positively by the learners. Music is special and these teachers share that with the kids in such a approachable way.
