I don’t know exactly what you did correctly at the camp, but my kid loved it, even though she didn’t play any “rock” instrument. She developed an interest in learning drum in the future - we’ll see how that goes, but she’s very happy and we as parents are very happy.

I looked up best places for singing lessons.

Engaging for the students. Combination of one-on-one learning plus collaboration in bands. Practice performing. Fun!

Elliot loves his drum teacher Michael Ramsey! And he has so much fun in the group class as well!0

My child has fun and gets practical music knowledge in the process.

Totally immersive, engaging way to learn music/instruments!

School of Rock has been incredible. Organized, easy to schedule lessons with, and the instructor(s) are awesome!

The teachers are great withmy child and he is learning a lot.

My daughter loves her teachers!!

School of Rock Kirkwood is an outstanding program with great teachers and an inspiring community!

My son has fun and seems to be making great progress in learning keys. The staff are friendly and the place is really fun. I love their rock'n'roll vibe.

I like how the kids are able to get together and play as a band.

ease of access

Fun music and supportive environment, my son is thriving

I really like the programs. The staff has been amazing. However, as someone who DOESN'T live in the Kirkwood/Webster area, the price is kind of difficult. We may actually have to stop going, only for that reason.

The instructors are excellent!

Des is an awesome instructor. My son really looks forward to going to drum lessons every week.

The quality of the 1 on 1 lessons has been fantastic and we would absolutely recommend that to friends and family. The group band lessons are fun, but sometimes there are very few kids that show up for practice, or don't enroll in the band, so I'm not sure how much they are playing together. Also, it seems like the communication between the school and the teachers needs to be improved. We showed up for the Rock 101 performance in January, and the band teacher was just hearing about the performance for the first time and was very unprepared (it was still a fun and entertaining performance!). Also, we realized that the instructor for my son's 1 on 1 was not aware that he was also in Rock 101 until 2 weeks before the performance. This should have all been communicated better.

Confidence and experience my child gains

The teachers and the staff are very nice and are great with my child.
