Alex is just a month into lessons, but our favorite part has been the creativity of Kevin's teaching methods. Kevin's accepting and encouraging and has made it really fun with intent on developing his skills. He really enjoys Kevin!

I had a very helpful follow up call with Kevin who runs the Montclair School of Rock program. He answered all my questions and provided me with lots of very helpful information so that we can benefit more from the School of Rock program. I feel so grateful that my kids have the opportunity to learn in such a cool school! Thanks for the great follow up and consideration of our kiddo's needs!

School of Rock Montclair has talented teachers who work great with kids of all ages. My son loves going to lessons and has grown comfortable with performing in front of an audience. He truly enjoys it. We like the setup of weekly one on one lessons along with the weekly group sessions. He not only is learning how to play but also what to do with what he has learned. My son was having a difficult time with past music lesson schools and we weren’t sure he’d stick with it. We were lucky to find School of Rock (third try). He is eager to go weekly and has an amazing one on one teacher. Big thank you to Chris Barnett for his musical guidance and kindness. He respects my son and is considered a friend to him. Traditional music lessons haven’t been enough to keep him engaged. With School of Rock, having a goal of performing live shows as a band makes a big difference.

After only a few months my daughter is excited to eventually play in front of other people....just such an incredible opportunity to provide to our children!!
