Great experience for my 8th grader learning drums. Previous lessons with other sources did not have the community and performance component which he is extremely excited about.

What else can I say that hasn't already been said? Starting with the staff, Tommy and his crew are wizards, they've taken my quiet reserved kid and turned him into a drummer, even when he's not feeling great he begs us to let him go to practices, that says alot about the support he gets at SOR. If you're not sold, go watch a show, these are kids sounding like seasoned rockers and many of those kids are new to playing instruments, it's simply amazing! I'd love to see someone teach them how to "act" like rockers while in stage, it's not a criticism, I just think it would add to the theatrics we love at rock shows, make them sweat baby!

My son absolutely loves this school! He doesn’t typically relax completely in most environments (because of his autism.) He is always so relaxed and silly and happy to work hard on his music. The staff is amazing with all of the students and their parents.

School of rock is a fantastic place for young people to learn about many genres of music! Their programs from little wings to performance band are excellent. The staff is excellent and so helpful!!!

I love the way the school of Rock takes kids who have never played an instrument, who might otherwise might be very shy, and not only teach them to play but give them confidence that they can get on stage and play in front of an audience. My son transformed into this little rock kid, who asked his parents if we would be okay with him starting his own band, thank you all for what you do, it's been truly transformative.

School of Rock Naperville is so great on so many levels. Instructors are top notch and really really care about their students. They meet them at their current skill level but encourage and teach to help them grow and develop along the way. They create such an awesome, team-oriented atmosphere where instructors and band-mates alike are each other’s biggest fans and live out immense support and encouragement for one another. If you’re looking for a great music-learning experience, I would totally recommend SOR. An awesome experience.

I absolutely adore the incredible atmosphere that School of Rock cultivates. The moment you step inside, you can genuinely sense the deep passion and love for music that permeates this place. The teachers here are exceptional; their commitment to bringing out the best in their students is truly commendable. My kids love their time at the School of Rock. They not only feel welcome and respected, but they also experience a profound sense of belief in their potential to become musical stars one day. This support and encouragement serve as a powerful motivator, inspiring my children to continuously strive for excellence. However, one aspect that I believe could be improved is the sound isolation system. While the overall experience is outstanding, the soundproofing could use some enhancement. It can be somewhat distracting for students trying to sing or practice their instruments when they can hear someone else performing in an adjacent room. Addressing this issue would further elevate the learning environment and ensure a more focused and undisturbed musical education for all students.

Not only is my son learning to play drums, he's come out of his shell, it's teaching him to be more confident in himself.
