We love that the performance band is realistic training for how a real band would operate. The program builds friendships and promotes teamwork. The end do the season shows were always fun and let the kids shine. There are great opportunities to play a new instrument or sing on a song which gives the kids a chance to try something new. The teachers are all amazing and her individual bass instructor did a great job teaching Allison to read music with her bass. She could read music from her piano lessons but the translations to the bass were challenging at times. The teachers push the students out of their comfort zones in order to grow. Overall, School of Rock has given Allison confidence when performing and she has built a love for rock music.

My daughter feels connected to her community through the School of Rock. School of Rock makes her happy. She likes her instructors and the South Bay location manager. Communication is clear and consistent from the South Bay location. The offerings are always interesting.

From Drew at the front to all of the instructors, they genuinely care about everyone who walks in the door and makes sure that the entire team at SoR does everything they can to provide each Rocker with an exceptional growth experience. Thank you School of Rock!

School of Rock is awesome! I like the songs the kids learn! I love connecting with my child through songs I loved for years. There is great communication with staff and it’s easy to make changes with scheduling when needed. My child feels comfortable with the teachers, enjoys playing with the kids in the band, and enjoys socializing with others with common interests. There are many things about the two programs we are in that we enjoy, benefit, and grow from! Mostly, we are happy our child can now “rock” 🤘🏽.
