My son, Sembian, has been taking Rookie class with Anna Bansemer and we've been so impressed! Anna Bansemer is a fantastic teacher who is both patient and encouraging. The class is well-structured, with a good balance between learning music theory and having fun playing music. Sembian has learned Bass guitar and really enjoyed. He looks forward to music class every week and it's been a wonderful way for him to develop his musical skills and appreciation. We highly recommend Anna Bansemer and the School of Rock.

My daughter is always having fun regardless if it is a group practice, private lesson, or performance. The teachers are positive, upbeat, and understanding. This has been a great experience, and our family has made new friends as well.

I like that my son likes it! He's learning to play an instrument and read music while he is having fun. It's also "cool" music, no offense to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star or Ode to Joy, but he now loves all the songs he has played in. He likes the instructors and even enjoys practicing at home now! Thank you, School of Rock!

Everyone we've worked with has been deeply committed to teaching and enthusiastic about music in general. It's a great environment that is encouraging and approaches learning music with a sense of curiosity and fun.

The introduction to not only stage confidence but self confidence as well. The staff encourage the curriculum benchmarks to also allow for instrument comfortability. The staff work so well with my daughter and we love them!

I love that they teach kids to play real songs that they can hear real musicians playing. I love that they put kids together in small groups to form bands to play together. I love that they have a performance every so often where kids can showcase their skills and it is in a really awesome venue where real musicians play. The instructors are great with the kids although I wish they talked to the parents a little bit more. I like to hear from the instructor what was worked on and if they should do something before the next lesson. Overall, we love the program and the summer camps and hope that it continues to help my kid learn more music. Thank you!

The concept is fabulous. The kids get to feel like rock stars. It gives a boost to their self esteem. The instructors are great! I'm always amazed at how much they accomplish each season. There's a very welcoming family vibe at School of Rock Wexford.
