My daughter LOVED the camp and is begging to go back!

My son was recently diagnosed with ADHD and mild autism. He’s very musically oriented but struggles in school and in his relationships with peers. We weren’t sure if the structure of the Rock 101 camp would be a good fit for him, but he was super excited about it, so we decided to give it a shot. We’re so glad we did. The instructors were amazing, he learned so much, and he got so much self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment out of it. Also, their concert was awesome! We were so impressed and loved how it was at a “real” venue. Thank you for giving our son a place that he could fit in, explore his interests, and take pride in himself.

The Rock 101 program was fun and inspiring! My son never played drums before and after one week had a grasp of the basics, confidence playing, and enjoyed himself so much! It was a great mix of 1 on 1 instruction and working together with his band mates. The instructors were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. They answered my questions and explained what was going on during camp. I appreciated getting daily updates about what the kids were doing. Danielle was fantastic at communicating, leading, and inspiring. Icing on the cake was the end of week performance. The band was well prepared, excited, and rocked out!!!

We like that the instructors are very skilled in their areas. Our children really enjoy their sessions and feel that they are learning a lot. We also like that the other staff members, administration and receptionist, are very personable and open to keeping us informed.

My son’s instructor, Evann, is great! He has learned so much from her and she has a lot of patience with and understanding of his autistic challenges. We also like School of Rock’s program which allows kids to play together as a band. Carter is not ready for that yet, but we’re hopeful in a few years he will be at a place where he can meet and play with peers. That aspect of School of Rock’s program is what brought us to you.

Very helpful and patient in finding the right fit for your child. Even the difficult ones like mine!! Everything good thing said about this company, so far is very true. I look forward to a long relationship between you guys and my daughter! Soon I will be enrolling my 16 year old daughter, very excited!!☺️
