This is the second time I have worked with Scott, and he always goes above my expectations. He is always sure all bases are covered and has a killer expert opinion. Scott is so easy to work with, which is why I contacted him again when I sold my home.

My experience with Scott was absolutely incredible! Scott stuck with me for 2.5 years(!) while I carefully searched for the perfect house, and I am very happy now in my new place. Scott knows the (fast-moving & tricky) Ann Arbor market very well, and helped me every step of the way with finding ideal spots, analyzing risks, and putting in competitive offers that were also right for me. With my narrow budget range (and general pickiness), I found Scott especially helpful with assessing additional costs that would come with each place we toured (repairs, renovations, insurance, etc.), which made me feel safe and confident with each offer that I made. Ultimately, I am thrilled to be in my new home and to still have some renovations within my budget! Since my home purchase, Scott has even gone above and beyond with recommendations for contractors to help me with renovations. I seriously cannot recommend Scott highly enough, as a great person and an amazing realtor!
