Scott is not only a great realtor but goes above and beyond for his clients. He adeptly handled a tricky negotiation and we ended up selling our house for well over asking price. When we were prepping for the sale he helped me out and the property with some odd and ends, and even helped power wash the house! When the grass started getting too long as the closing approached and I was out of town, he even mowed the lawn for us. Scott is a stand up guy and will do what it takes to make sure the selling experience is a good one.

Scott expertly handled all the details of selling our house, but that was just the beginning. This was our first home sale, and it coincided with starting a new job in another state. The start date for the new job was such that we had to move before closing, and Scott managed the updates necessary to pass the final safety inspection, going so far as doing the improvements himself. In addition to the business matters, Scott provided much needed moral support during which what was perhaps the most stressful time of our lives.
