The older gentlemen who's name escapes me, who assisted us did a great job answering our questions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process of choosing the correct bicycle for our son. The younger man who was at the counter was also very helpful. Both men gave us helpful guidance throughout the process. We were also happy to hear about the 1 year "tune-up" service.
