Scott’s has always been a great bike shop. I bought my first trek mtn bike in the late 90s from that store and then another one a few years later that I’ve kept to this day. This is the one I just brought in for a minor fix with the shifters. Issue resolved! The people who work there are kind and helpful.

Jackson may be a young gun. But he's super knowledgeable! If he doesn't know the answer, he's honest about it. Dave and the others are awesome as well. Taking hours to work with us on getting the correct bikes for our needs. Great to just chat with as well. The maintenance service team is extremely skilled. Fixing up my cannondale with the same pride as they would any other. And doing a run down of my new trek. If you're looking to just ride or wanting to be competitive, they know exactly what you need!

Everyone was very helpful and informative on how to get a custom fit for my bike as well as my kids'. Friendly and fast service as well. No pushy salespeople, just there to help and gladly answer any questions.

I just had my bike there for three days last week to fix drive train problems, replace cables and housings, bar tape, etc.....and to get it in shape for Masters Nationals 4 weeks away. It worked like a dream for my Saturday ride! Love dealing with these folks!
