Very good service. Pete went over the entire bike. I actually came in for a new tire and gear adjustment. He pointed out that my brake pads were worn out and my back tire rim had damage. They were able to fix all that at a reasonable cost. It rides like a new bike

The older gentlemen who's name escapes me, who assisted us did a great job answering our questions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process of choosing the correct bicycle for our son. The younger man who was at the counter was also very helpful. Both men gave us helpful guidance throughout the process. We were also happy to hear about the 1 year "tune-up" service.
