Been a customer almost 15 years. Staff always efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Took my bikes for checkup, new tubes and tires, new brakes, chain cleaning and lubricants and wash. Bikes look and ride like brand new!! Thank you for your service, David F. Marr

Pete was FANTASTIC in greeting both myself and my husband upon entering the store. Pete listened to our bike concern. Pete took my husband's bike, put it up on a rack and started troubleshooting our issue. Pete recommended what services we needed to resolve our issue. We were VERY HAPPY with the results on my husband's bike. Both of us test rode my husband's bike and everything works GREAT and feels wonderful!!! THANK YOU, Pete, for taking good care of us! We both HIGHLY recommend Scott's Bikes for bringing your bike in for service.

Trek is a great product. You seem to have the essentials for riders across the spectrum. As for service, all of the people in the shop have always been very friendly, genuinely friendly. Coming to the shop is never a drag.
