I really appreciate the team at Scott's Cycle and their expertise. I was having an issue on a ride locally and was able to ride straight to their shop, where they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem!

How friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. Moses was so helpful, without being pushy. The staff was also very patient with me as I was pretty excited about the new bike and kept stopping by the store to ask more questions and look around at other accessories.

The store was open and easy to shop. The sales folks ( Larry ) were knowledgeable and would asked, if he didn’t know. Bike was there and ready when promised. It was very nicely done and clean. In what little riding I’ve done, everything is as described. A very pleasant experience. Good folks to deal with.
