I’ve had issue with a squeaky saddle recently and we figured out it was the seat post and not the saddle. Scott’s replacement the seat post at no cost. The service I have received from them over the years keeps me coming back. You should definitely check them out.

All the staff at Scotts, Larry, Steve, Moses, Jake and the others, provide above and beyond excellent service. I have a city bike that gets everyday hard usage and two road bikes that I wish I could ride more! The staff at Scotts keeps them in tip top shape. Plus they are friendly and customer oriented. I have sent my friends to buy their bikes at Scotts. It is the bike shop for me! Tom Andersen

You are always quick to help when I walk in your door and have a knowledgeable solution to whatever my questions have been. Yesterday I brought my bike in for a fitting by Jacob. I've had bike fits before in my years but not as thoroughly as he does them. I was impressed by the number of angles, alignments, locations and even tightness of things he could check that actually affect my riding comfort. He explained everything very plainly. In short I walked in with nagging riding pains in one knee and my hip. I walked out without either one. I could not recommend his service more highly.
