We love the Y! Our health insurance informed us in January that they covered the fees so we came in and haven't left since! It was already an amazing gym but the complete overhaul makes this beyond the best gym I've ever had the pleasure to have worked out in. And all of the staff is helpful, friendly and available. What's not to love?

New equipment just added, good variety in gym Family oriented Will need re-calibration to new machines - will be nice if staff is available to do orientation again. Parking can be a problem some times. Also, staff can monitor if rules are followed (wiping down machines; hogging one machine for multiple sets) Thanks

What I like about the Y experience is the feeling of inclusivity from the staff as well as all the activities they put together for families. There’s always something exciting going on and something to look forward to. With the recent renovation of the Fitness Center, they’ve made it a formidable workout facility for all fitness levels. Their team of expert Trainers are always working with clients to improve their strength/mobility and each one is highly professional and skilled in their abilities to work with all ages.
