It's not just this visits, but your overall consistency. You have been consistently reliable in the 25 years that we've been a customer. That gives peace of mind. 2 constructive comments/requests. First, given we have a whole house generator and the upcoming months are subject to hurricanes followed by snow storms which always cause us to have power outages, it would be appreciated if we could get our tank refilled as soon as it hit 40% versus the recent 35%. Next, when you refilled the tank a few days ago, the app on my phone shows that it was filled to 78% versus your typical fill to 85% -- was there a reason for doing this?
