Sean was very patient as he took me through the process of renovating and selling a home. He was understanding of my budget. The home needed to be remodeled before being sold and it also had to go through probate court. Ultimately we listed the home for for a competitive number and expected to get offers over the asking price.We id exactly hat and the home sold in one day of being on the market. Sean was more than a pleasure to work with! Right from the start he listened to exactly what my husband and I's interests were - and more importantly what we specifically did not want. He always went out of his way to schedule a showing to see any houses that peaked our interest - no matter what time of day it was, as well as put in the good fight for us when we were competing for a house with another buyer. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable of the Real Estate world and always was able to answer our questions, and believe me, as first time homebuyers we had a TON of questions!
