From the very beginning Sean was incredibly responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and provided clear explanations of what can sometimes be complex real estate jargon. It was really a roller coaster ride trying to find the perfect condo that had everything i wanted, and Sean went above and beyond to find just that! This is my second time working with him and Mac Brook Realtors and they always go the extra mile to help! I cannot say it enough how impressed i am with his knowledge, communication, and dedication to helping me find the perfect place to call home.

I was looking to sell my property and get a deal done as soon as possible, so my property manager recommended Sean to me. I was open because I trusted my property manager, and thus I gave Sean a call. We talked immediately and I told him my intentions and he was on it. He came up with a creative idea to talk to the renter and lo and behold, she wanted to buy it. We negotiated some things and the property closed within a month. Sean was professional, offered my options, and explicitly said he works for me. I was very happy with his work, quick correspondence, and the way he got things done. Impressive!

Sean was very patient as he took me through the process of renovating and selling a home. He was understanding of my budget. The home needed to be remodeled before being sold and it also had to go through probate court. Ultimately we listed the home for for a competitive number and expected to get offers over the asking price.We id exactly hat and the home sold in one day of being on the market. Sean's expertise and guidance was very much appreciated and the selling process went smoothly.

Sean was more than a pleasure to work with! Right from the start he listened to exactly what my husband and I's interests were - and more importantly what we specifically did not want. He always went out of his way to schedule a showing to see any houses that peaked our interest - no matter what time of day it was, as well as put in the good fight for us when we were competing for a house with another buyer. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable of the Real Estate world and always was able to answer our questions, and believe me, as first time homebuyers we had a TON of questions!
