Called about having a possible hornet's nest in trees. Got same day service. Tech came out and we found no nest. He did not charge me and gave me good preventative advice. Nice guy in my opinion.

I was very pleased with my interaction with your technician. He explained to me in great detail how termite infestations work. While he confirmed that I do not have termites, he encouraged me to seek protection from the potential for future termites. He also acknowledged that I had a problem with humidity control in the basement and was able to provide a viable solution. In the end I chose to address the problem I had in front of me.
