I gave your service and contact people a 10 for thoroughness and friendly, reliable service. I subtracted 1 point for the unreliable automated reminder (?) that sometimes comes in only 1 day ahead of the scheduled service. Also, the call does not come in from Seitz Bros. It's some unknown number that we never answer or even know it came in until the answer machine shows a message. So if we're not home, we don't know. It's my only complaint. I suggest ditching the computer-generated messages or maybe find another that actually comes in as Seitz Bros.
