On the first visit they should do a complete evalutaion---inside and outside- to determine needs. We had called due to rodents outside, but they did not offer to check inside (basement) to look for mice and other pests. We had to ask them to check out basement ceiling after we found mice that had come in and we had trapped on our own, Now at our request both inside and outside traps (some of which they have suppied) are now checked monthly.

Hurley does a great job. and office staff is courteous and professional However, I am disappointed because i have a problem with voles. At the last treatment, i was to have the treatment for the voles but you were out of the chemical. i was expecting to hear when you received a new shipment so Hurley could come back and apply it. I have not heard from you. Share if you like.
