I was with Erlich previously and was merciless price gouged for services that they did not actually do. Trying to fix the issue is impossible because they do not give customer service reps the authority to fix anything. Seitz has phone reps that are easy to deal with and knowledgeable the service tech is a nice guy and knows what he is doing.
