The owners of the Senior Helpers are very responsive and helpful! And the aids that they have sent out to help my mom have been wonderful! They do light cleaning they do organizing help her with hygiene, etc. I highly recommend the service!

How responsive SH is to changes to the schedule. Always very accommodating. One potential issue with how staff members "clock in- clock out". If the caregiver is having difficulty accessing the site, the customer pays the overage charge. It's not a lot but it might be something to look into to create a fix for technological glitches.
