Senior Helpers were a godsend during the hard year before my husband's death and for the few months after while I got through the transition of living without him yet relieved as caretaker. Their presence for different shifts over each week allowed us to have him live at home in his last days. I could not have done that without them. I will be forever grateful for their varied services. Each Senior Representative has diffferent talents to offer. In my case having them here with me was a primary issue and food preparation was secondary. Each of your reps have been extremely contentious in trying to provide me with my interests. The supervisor and scheduling team is helpful and responsive. I appreciate you working with my Dad’s schedule that fluctuated due to his condition worsening from Parkinson’s and ER and hospital stays. I really appreciated how a supervisor would come to introduce the new caregiver and works hard to help sometimes even filling in if a situation arose and caregiver couldn’t start at designated time. The caregivers were all helpful, thoughtful and supportive with varying degrees of experience, still I felt my Dad would be safe and well cared for in my absence. Thank you!
