The two young ladies that assist me are wonderful. I always have an agenda for the day if we need it. Both of the young ladies that work for me come in the door and get right to work with their agenda based on my needs! I must say that your agency has the knack of selecting candidates who are ready to approach their work as they walk in the door. They also bring with them their spirited personalities and openness to tackle any request from us. They seem very professionally and knowledgeable. They are always on time. And always come in an upbeat pleasant manner. My brother, whom they come to see is very limited on where and how he goes out from his house. He hired them to take him to Dr. visits that we are unable to take him to as he has many many Dr.s to see. They offer to ready him for his appointments, but we do that ourselves. They take, wait, and inform us what Dr. says and our concerns to them. Afterwards, if there’s time, they will take him to do errands he has. This makes it easier for family to accomplish things that needed doing. Malcolm has now got a group of new “peers” to interact with. Thanks, Holly S. one of Malcolm’s Sisters.
