Shirley Day is a good caregivers. Her services are commendable. We get along well . She tells me she has learned a lot from me and she knows how I like things to be done.
The staff is professional and caring. In the 10 years that my husband has been sick, (seven of which I have used agencies) Senior Helpers is the best agency I have experienced thus far. We have been with Senior Helpers for approximately 6 months and they are so much better than the previous agency that we were with.
Prior to coming to Senior Helpers I spoke with Julie and expressed my desire to have a set group of CNAs coming to our home she felt that they were able to do that and I am pleased to say they have accomplished that with the hard work of their great scheduler, Ashlee. Ashlee has a hard job and she does it well, she is super!
The CNAs who they send out like doing their job and like working for Senior Helpers. When people are treated well and are appreciated it shows in their work. One of their employees said that even if he went to a different state he would seek their agency out to work for them; that is how happy he is to work for Senior Helpers. When employees feel cared for it shows in their work and attitude. Senior Helpers, you are apparently doing something right, keep it up. Thank you for your service.
The caregiver goes above and beyond for my mother. The flexibility of scheduling and all the help with coordination of utilizing her long term health care insurance has been invaluable.
Also there were no delays in getting the help lined up for my mother.
Wonderful company and would recommend them to anyone.
Ladonna is wonderful! Your service is very flexible if we need to cancel or add another shift. There is always someone to answer the phone. Messages are always relayed to other staff members accurately.
I appreciate Senior Helpers staff listening to my major concern, which is having the same aides come in my home. I believe much of that has to do with having a good scheduler like Ashley and having a management team that treats their Aides with respect and show them that you care about them; that they are more than just a number. I've heard from Aides how they appreciate working for you.
Before leaving the previous agency and coming to your agency, I started my needs and asked Julie if she felt that your agency could meet them and so far you guys have out performed the previous agency by a 1000%. This is a reflection of treating your people (aides) like you care. Job well done, keep it up Senior Helpers, keep it up.
