The caregiver goes above and beyond for my mother. The flexibility of scheduling and all the help with coordination of utilizing her long term health care insurance has been invaluable.
Also there were no delays in getting the help lined up for my mother.
Wonderful company and would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate Senior Helpers staff listening to my major concern, which is having the same aides come in my home. I believe much of that has to do with having a good scheduler like Ashley and having a management team that treats their Aides with respect and show them that you care about them; that they are more than just a number. I've heard from Aides how they appreciate working for you.
Before leaving the previous agency and coming to your agency, I started my needs and asked Julie if she felt that your agency could meet them and so far you guys have out performed the previous agency by a 1000%. This is a reflection of treating your people (aides) like you care. Job well done, keep it up Senior Helpers, keep it up.

We had such a lovely experience with Senior Helpers. For more than a year and a half, LaRehna took care of my mom and my dad up until they both passed. She was wonderful, patient, cheerful and knowledgeable. She made keeping them at home so much more manageable. The company is well managed, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We love Senior Helpers!
