Responsible people who learn quickly and are sensitive to specific needs. Those I have hired don’t need to be told how and what a second time. Are self-motivated. They volunteer to help do unusual tasks . . . plant a tree or flowers. Go to the cleaners, pedicure salon, hospital, drug store, water the yard after washing the laundry. . . wash the car . . . honest! And even trim hair with clippers! Not all so versatile, but all direct able.
