Caring, understanding, skilled in patient treatments and procedures. Ease of scheduling, availability of a caregiver who we may have previously had as a companion. I am so grateful for Carol as a nurse and someone my own age that we can share our concerns but enjoy some laughs! Carol is so easy to be around, reminds me of my sisters that were nurses, old world values but well integrated in new patient opportunities for therapy and care. You folks on the scheduling line and office are also wonderful!

Our current caregiver, Sharon is great with my mom. She is able to shower her with minimal difficulty and also goes out of her way to tend to her feet and to make sure she is exercising her upper and lower bodily regularly

Everything has worked out well with Sr. Helpers able to help my invalid husband. We've had Shantel for a few years now and she is absolutely wonderful. She goes the extra mile to make sure [FIRST NAME REMOVED] has everything and that she is doing what he needs to have done. We haven't used her as much as we did when we first signed up because when [FIRST NAME REMOVED] had to go to the hospital we lost Shantel for that particular time slot. The person that is coming to our home is very caring, friendly and very helpful. She knows her job and she does it well with being caring and that’s so important. The person that she’s caring for is a veteran and she loves talking to him about the past and his experiences. That helps keep his mind active and you have a companion to talk to when I’m unable to be with him doing errands.
