Senior Helpers vets caregivers that they hire so I feel more comfortable. They can usually get shifts covered in the event your assigned caregiver is unable to come due to illness, car trouble, etc. We have been very pleased with our caregivers.

My Senior Helper is just phenomenal!! He is so helpful with basic needs….. going to grocery store, reminders for medications and appointments and transportation, occasional shopping and meal preparation. He is best friend to my five dogs who are my special companions and makes sure I participate in household and social activities as I am recently widowed and now living alone with no family in the area. And because I have no family and no close neighbors in the area he makes sure I am not socially isolated. He makes arrangements for social and outside events. We even attended the Winter Lights exhibit at the Arboretum last night. I must add that he is best friend to my dogs and keeps them gleefully active and actually bakes cinnamon dog cookies for them and always has a pocket full of some kind of dog treats. He is just wonderful!!!!

My Senior Helper is extremely helpful and engaging. My issues involve some memory loss which makes running necessary errands and scheduled physician appointments difficult. I live alone with no local familywhich could really make the above issues a a problem . My Helper does an exceptional job of making sure I get to scheduled appointments and keeping up with my medications and groceries. He is very helpful with helping me take care of my dogs who are very important to my morale It would be hard for me to fully describe how important he and his services are to me. I don’t really feel the need to go to a Senior Living facility but living without my Helper’s help would make that a necessity .
