Accessibility to staff during and after business hours. Accessibility to the owner Jason. Responsiveness to emergency needs. Were able to provide aides on short notice to accompany my mom in E.R. overnight so my dad could get some rest. Called Senior Helpers around 9pm; caregiver was with Mom in E.R. around 10:30pm. Flexibility and understanding of service starts and stops while my mom was in and out of the hospital several times in a month. Managed to maintain her two primary caregivers on the schedule. Caregivers are wonderful.
