Aides are usually trained well and are ready to serve....including any needs I have for chores. (which I am still reluctant to ask, but I do on occasion). Some are better than others like Linda who sees what needs to be done and does it!. I always agree. She is wonderful! There are others I have gotten to know over time and I can ask anything of them. The largest part of their duties is my husband who they are good at talking and listening. He seems to get along with them all.(they usually hear the same stories he tells and don't seem to mind). That's good training!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am so grateful to Senior Helpers for the support they have provided me. Accepting help was difficult at first because my independence means so much to me, but having Felicia as my caretaker has shown me that accepting help can actually increase my independence. Felicia treats me with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion while encouraging me to do what I can for myself. Because of her support, I have gained confidence, independence, and a better quality of life. I highly recommend Senior Helpers, and I am especially thankful to have Felicia in my life.

Accessibility to staff during and after business hours. Accessibility to the owner Jason. Responsiveness to emergency needs. Were able to provide aides on short notice to accompany my mom in E.R. overnight so my dad could get some rest. Called Senior Helpers around 9pm; caregiver was with Mom in E.R. around 10:30pm. Flexibility and understanding of service starts and stops while my mom was in and out of the hospital several times in a month. Managed to maintain her two primary caregivers on the schedule. Caregivers are wonderful.
