The managers are very cooperative and helpful whenever service hrs have to be changed. Most of the workers we dealt with were doing good job. If I ever complained abt any worker, the managers saw to it that the problem gets taken care of. Only thing I would like to point out is that the caretakers should be trained to deal with patients havi.y dementia problems and make them do timgs thet can help the patients
