Jenny and the caregivers are amazing and dedicated to ensuring the caregivers are tailored to my dad's personality and can work with his medical issues. I never have to worry when I am away that he is being taken care of by the caregivers.

Jenny May as always, diligently makes every effort to find caregivers that are the best fit for my father. She continually responds promptly and provides phenomenal customer service. She shares her knowledge which is instrumental in caring for my father and dealing with his dementia. I would like to recognize the following caregivers for their tireless efforts, patience and caring for my father who can be very challenging. The lead person, Jenny, who arranges the CNA schedule is wonderful. She cares about her clients and is happy to advocate for them. The CNA s also were really good and managed my mother very well. I couldn’t have been happier with the help that they provided.

Jenny is an amazing coordinator and manager/director (not sure her true title). She always bends over backwards to fulfill my requests.. many of which are last minute in nature. She always strives to find caregivers who fit my fathers behavior/ character (he can be super difficult). Most importantly she is reachable anytime of the day and responds back within minutes. She truly is an asset to your organization and definitely should be recognized for her efforts. I cannot put a value on the service that Senior helpers provides and out of all the caregiving services I have used and researched, this is the number 1 in my book and as my father ages I will stay with Senior helpers until the end. I cannot never thank Senior helpers organization, the staff, the caregivers ( Laura and Andrea are a-maze-ing !!!! ) and Jenny enough.
