Staff are very helpful keeping track of the household chores and finding fun activities and outings. Great at communicating any ideas for improvement and keeping the family up to date with what they are doing. It is so comforting for the family to know out parent has someone with her which is allowing our parent to stay her own home as long as possible. The staff seems very flexible and willingness to help out in any way they can.

I like it because no matter what time you call if you don’t get a person you get a call back very soon and sometimes you even get somebody even though it’s not time to be open. Also, does the owner Steve takes the time to interview people who need help and tries to match them up the best you can. He did a wonderful job for me. Thank you, Steve.

Please look at my previous responses to this question. The answer really doesn't change. Jodi is very friendly - someone I enjoy spending time with. She's very efficient - she knows what needs to be done and gets it done even when I am busy with something else. She is ALWAYS helpful especially when we work on a decluttering project - moving items to where they need to go, offering suggestions, helping with getting discarded items to where they need to go, etc., etc.

We have the best caregiver for our mom and dad. Sandy has been such a wonderful part of our family since she started working with dad. Now she works with both dad and mom and we are blessed to have her as part of the team. She is amazing and engages so well with both of them and never treating them as ‘less than’ because of their dementia and Alzheimer’s. We all love her so very much!
