The office always accommodates, even with a last minute request. Everyone from office staff to Helpers are friendly, capable and see whatever has to be done and does it whether it is housework or keeping a handicapped person busy with games or conversation.

Caregivers are caring and patient. Office staff and scheduling staff are responsive and communicate to improve care and reliability. I can go to work knowing my mother will have a nice caregiver. Florence and Kimberly are outstanding and very appreciated.

Caring for my mother at night. Haven’t heard of any problems lately. Whitney was sound asleep, when my mom was trying to get up, but a C M aid had walked in and was able to stop any problems. But I realize she is not with your company anymore. Have not heard of any further problems.

We currently have 1 full time caregiver from your company. She is reliable, interacts well with her client. She goes above and beyond for her. The office personnel are always willing to work with me on schedule changes. Samantha, Allie,Savannah, Scott and Salon are very pleasant and easy to work with.
