Always ready to help. On time and very cooperative and can make last minute changes. Always keeps me informed of an schedule changes. Sending out a schedule of my hours, days and who will be helping me. Don't know what I would do without them.

I am very grateful for all the help we get from hospice. But, I feel the aids that you send are very young n very nice but they're not trained well enough. I feel that I am leaving Bill with a teenage babysitter and I thought they would appear to be more capable when it comes to on hands patient care. Still I'm grateful for all the help.
