You are very pleasant to talk to & usually resolves an issue in a timely manner, I like Nyla. I like Krystal that gives care now to [FIRST NAME REMOVED]. She’s caring and a good conversationalist to him. I feel he was a very social person but due to him becoming paralyzed from a surgery, he has become less social. She & he have running conversations & I’m pleased she meets this need for him. I like when Savanna updates his care plan on a timely basis so that anyone else coming in to take care of Dave knows his schedule & how he is taken care of. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]’s been paralyzed for 9 years & has a growing anyerism in his lower abdomen, he’s actually doing well with this diagnosis.
