We are bi weekly, and there were 2 times where someone failed to take the shift. When I need to contact someone, they are always available. The change in people taking my mothers shift, has not affected her adversely, she thrives on meeting people. I have comfort knowing someone is caring for her when I can’t be there.

Chad is professional, easily contactable, kind to his employees and clients. He worked with us to make sure that the hours fit with the patient’s life.He was present at the introduction of helper with the patient.
