So far we have had 2 caregivers alternating, with 4 hrs/day, 3 days a week. The willingness to help with household tasks, kitchen, laundry and bathroom cleaning has been a godsend! I was exhausted from flu last month and couldn’t keep it up. My spouse has moderate Cognitive impairment, and is able to do basic self- care but needs help with fixing meals and making sure he gets his medicines. They have also encouraged him to take walks, which has been wonderful.
