We just couldn’t have hoped for more with Frankie. She is compassionate and gentle, communicative, reliable, creative, and hardworking. We’ve also met Kaydence a few times and really liked her very much too, we just haven’t had as much experience with her. While Moms dementia is advancing, she is much more sociable and cheerful and pleasant now.

Communication has always been prompt, if I leave information out regarding my mother a quick text or entering information on the portal has been received. The matter is taken care of. The financial side of it has been pleasant, there's no long wait period if you send a message via email. Very prompt with their response. We started with Senior Helpers in the summer of 2025. Very Impressed with the overall service.

You sent a quality and friendly man to work with [FIRST NAME REMOVED]. If Isaac couldn’t come you had a backup Person to fill in. Managers were always available and ready to help in any way. Always friendly. Suggestions were given which were helpful Communication was excellent. One suggestion- give cooking lessons to make scrambled eggs, dinner ideas and perhaps some meal ideas and recipes.
