We love our caregiver that we currently have. She is very confident and responsible and is really really good and patient with my husband. When our other Caregiver that we liked left, we had several different people over a two or three week. Period until we found someone else. I did not like not knowing who is coming or when they were coming. Communication could improve somewhat between the staff, caregivers, and the clients. For example, when our first caregiver quit due to not being able to report, he called the office at 11:30 and we were never notified that he was not coming. A couple of weeks ago I called to cancel because we had doctor appointments and our caregiver was not canceled on that day and she showed up anyway. Communication is vital.
I like the way Victoria takes care of the things I need without me even having to ask you can tell she has a genuine care and the way she conducts herself. She’s the best.
So far everything is going well. It's for my brother who is disabled & diabetic. He likes having someone come & cook him eggs&sausage 3 times a week. Cleaning is helping me so I don't have to do it. Thank you! Linda Harris
Most of your caregivers do a good job, but there a few couch potatoes in the mix. When you send a good one, we prefer to keep seeing that person. However, your schedulers seem to like switching them out for new people who are generally not as attentive.
