So far everything is going well. It's for my brother who is disabled & diabetic. He likes having someone come & cook him eggs&sausage 3 times a week. Cleaning is helping me so I don't have to do it. Thank you! Linda Harris

Most of your caregivers do a good job, but there a few couch potatoes in the mix. When you send a good one, we prefer to keep seeing that person. However, your schedulers seem to like switching them out for new people who are generally not as attentive.

Very good and quality and timely services. The caregivers and office admin workers are courteous and caring people, Senior Helpers make sure that I always have a caregiver when needed. They have also made sure that I have consistent caregivers instead of changing them weekly like some others companies have done on the past. Many of caregivers have went far and beyond call of duty and that was very much appreciated.
