I appreciate the fact that l can change my caregiver if things don’t work out for both of us. I appreciate the continuous communication between the office staff at the drop of a hat.
I appreciate my current caregiver because she shows up with a smile and is willing to do anything l need.My only complaint is that the office staff constantly calls my caregiver during my two hour shift.This takes away from my care time.l’m scheduled for a two hour shift. If the office staff weren’t interrupting my caregiver by offering her more shifts constantly she could complete everything l need done in my two hour shift..This is something that I don’t think should be happening. I’m paying for two hours of necessary care time but not receiving it. Please discuss this with your whole team. I’m not a wealthy client that has money to throw away .

My helper is very good to me, efficient, pleasant, friendly,is willing to do anything I need help with, and I enjoy her food preparation. She is very safe conscious and is a good communicator.
She is the best thing about your service. I do like the fact that you bill my insurance company. Also that you return my calls.

The administration staff is very helpful, which is why I selected their company. They have been cooperative in my selection of my health aide. My aide now is very compatible with my everyday health routine needs. I am overall very satisfied with the variety of services they offer. Senior helpers is very easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile with changes I need.
