Quick ability to meet needs. You helped my daughter to find assistance for her dad with barely a moments notice. Plus, I really like my Senior Helper, Susan Monet.
I like that she comes in and she remembers to do the wash dishes and washs the laundry and other things. She reminds me to take my medicine and she goes and gets it for me. She asks me if I have eaten anything that day and if I am hungry and she goes and makes me dinner. 🍽️ 🥗🍜🍔 she is a good companion, and she watches TV with me. She tells me about different things that are going on in her life with her family. She is a very pleasant young lady.
I appreciate the office staff . They work together as a team and address my issues. I enjoy my current care giver Jackie. We are both ♉️ Tauruses and we think the same way about
pretty much everything. When Jackie comes to help me the two hours fly bye.
My worker 10/10. Senior helper checks in if I need a fill-in if my regular is not coming. The RN is mindful of my needs of not feeling comfortable of him being in my home, and checks in with me often on the phone.
I appreciate the fact that l can change my caregiver if things don’t work out for both of us. I appreciate the continuous communication between the office staff at the drop of a hat.
I appreciate my current caregiver because she shows up with a smile and is willing to do anything l need.My only complaint is that the office staff constantly calls my caregiver during my two hour shift. This takes away from my care time.l’m scheduled for a two hour shift. If the office staff weren’t interrupting my caregiver by offering her more shifts constantly she could complete everything l need done in my two hour shift..This is something that I don’t think should be happening. I’m paying for two hours of necessary care time but not receiving it. Please discuss this with your whole team. I’m not a wealthy client that has money to throw away .
