I like that the owner of the franchise made a visit to my home and spoke to me and my mother when I first reached out. It made me feel like our preferences for my mother's care would be heard. We love the caregiver we were eventually assigned. I don't know how else we would've found her. The staff that works on time sheets, care plan, insurance documents, etc. is competent in their work. I have confidence that everything will go smoothly.
