It's all about the caregivers. They are really the face of the company and consistency is very important and it's good, but could be better. The Senior Gems model for training is vital for dementia clients and its the reason we chose Senior Helpers. We like that there is open communication for the family although it seems like there is not as much between the office staff and caregivers and that could be due to the fact that they really don't see each other face to face on any regular basis because caregivers work out in the field. All in all we are mostly satisfied with the services we are receiving.
