The girls are very good with Windy. The night caretakers have all needed to be woke up To get them to help him .On Saturday night
, (2 AM) he tried to get up from bed and fell , I had to call 911 for help , the fireman came picked him up an put him back in bed. I know they report what they do , but do
they report an incidental that.?? I believe the over night people should be awake. and ready to help him , am I expecting to much?

What I like about Senior Helpers in the care we receive for my wife is the friendly staff, their quick response to questions I may have. Their flexibility to change schedules of our home caregiver when we need to. But we also like our home caregiver, Laurie. She if friendly, supportive, always putting my wife's needs first and quick to offer any help she can do around the house. Thank you for your services.
The caregivers who have worked with us care about their clients. The office staff try to work with us, when we have some challenges, and the office staff, including the owner are willing to cover part or all of a shift, if the need arises.
Each person I’ve ever spoken to when I’ve called the office sounds happy to speak to me! They are responsive to my queries, very helpful and friendly. Those qualities really stand out as they indicate a caring attitude.
Of all the care-givers I have had, your employees are the most client oriented, and tho there have been a few stumbles, for the most part I am pleased and so are my friends.
What i like best is having the same caregiver for my husband most of the time. Since he has dementia he has a hard time communication and they take the time to figure out his needs.
