I reached out to Senior Helpers to provide care for my 96 year old grandmother twice a week. They responded quickly for an assessment meeting and we were able to get going the following week. My grandmother really likes her caregivers and my mother (who lives with my grandmother) has been able to confidentially leave their home for shopping, etc., knowing her mother is in good hands. Andrew has been very helpful in working with us on scheduling and his response time to questions or issues has been spot on. Arranging care for a loved one can be very stressful; Senior Helpers has provided us confidence and convenience in high quality care.

That there is a "care services " thread for family members. The interview process to set up services was very easy. If there is a caregiver scheduling conflict they work to have alternate in place, updates via the text threads. Keeps it simple. This last year has been alot with my mom's health concerns. I'm so glad we found you!!
