I like that you let the employees make their own schedules when something needs to be changed. It’s so much easier just to deal with with the person you see every week rather than getting the office involved. I’m also impressed with Danielle because she’s here every time except when we have to do an occasional change.

I am very disabled and really need the help - - the young woman who has been helping me for quite a while now, Jocelyn, has been incredible and is very kind and thoughtful. She has learned what I need and doesn't require supervision and I would recommend your service to anyone I know Jocelyn is leaving the end of the month and I really hope that I get someone like her thank you for everything!

Most characters I know what to do and they do a good job some have been sent that do not know what the job is and they do not know anything. As far as caring for patients. All they want to do is to clean up we did not hire them to do that so when I get that kind of patient, I will call you and let you know not to send them because they do not know how to physically change your patient
