Most of all I like that someone is available to answer the phone when I call. My questions or concerns are addressed immediately. The response time for providing a caregiver is awesome. I like that the services provided are adaptable to the needs that I have and can be adjusted if those needs change. I also like that services are provided 24 hours a day if needed.
