The care and attitude of caregivers to Linda. First, I rate them “+” for capable, Second, caring attitude for Linda’s needs, Third, flexible but still full service as far as possible, Fourth, willing to either accept/seek help when needed. #4 not often needing help but with client who can stand one day but not the next, you understand what I’m referring to.

I like that I am able to get assistance for needed services. Rides to and from Doctors appointments has been a blessing because Doctors require someone to drive patients to and from appointments, and it is hard to ask family and friends to take time off from work to assist you, so this is a very helpful service. Plan to use other services you provide in the future.

The office staff does an excellent job of coordination and managing caregiving. I would like to specifically compliment Addison who comes to my home for her smiles, thoroughness, attention to detail, and willingness to satisfy my needs. She has such a great and amazing attitude. Addison is an exemplary employee who I recommend without any reservations.
