I love the fact that I get to choose my own hours and if I need to change them I never have a problem with the staff. I chose my caregiver because when I moved back to Indiana she was doing for me and I was paying her out of my pocket and I got to keep my caregiver. I’m very happy with the person who has been able to do everything I ask of her and then some, she goes above and beyond.

The commitment of the caregivers and scheduling staff are commendable. The caregivers are kind, skilled, patient, and available- even on holidays. Despite the mood of the patient, they get their job done and offer kindness and support for the rest of the family as well. The schedulers offer updates and work diligently to fill open slots when one arises. They communicate with professionalism and kindness on a regular basis. My dad couldn’t be home (where he wants to be) without Senior Helpers.

So far, Sr Helpees has been easy to work with and the people we have met have been very friendly. You should have a portal so the caretakers could give a daily update when they are there. This would be very helpful for the family
