I like Senior Helpers and the staff. I'd recommend them to everyone. I don't like the Caregivers having to log in and out each time they come to our home to work. Logging in should only be done while in our home not in the driveway. Every caregivers has to use their own phone to log in. Some can do it quickly and others can't. If I've hires a caregiver to work for 4 or 5 hours then that's what I've agreed to pay no more and especially NO LESS Thank you.

They are flexible with scheduling and have generally provided good caregivers. Their costs are very reasonable for the market. Communications flow well and they are responsive to all communication efforts.

For the most part, it is easy to schedule a person to help out when I need them. I am not crazy about the new automated check in and check out that is being used. It counts every single second the sitter is here and ends up costing me more money.
