This company utilizes technology in a manor to provide balanced care. Other companies I have dealt with are very "fly by night" in comparison. Examples are arriving at my home more than 5 hours late, if they show up at all; failure to follow simple instructions; damaging non-stick cookware by scraping with metal flatware: and unprofessional conduct such as referring to myself as "like a father."
