I like very much but I have made a doctor's appointment one day and I have called about 1 or 2 prior to my appointment nobody have showed up or they have called me the day and time when time they supposed to come. It's was a isolated incident for me.
I liked the fact that there was someone with mom while we were away. Very helpful for light cleaning and laundry not to forget company.
However, disappointed that during initial interview at our home, they meet our rather large dog and we specifically asked for someone that liked and was familiar with dogs. The lady that came was very uncomfortable and rather fearful of our pup. They made friends after about 4 days, but uncomfortable for everyone until that time.
I have two round the clock caregivers - each one working a 12 hour shift. They are terrific. In fact, they are like family. I am now disabled and could not do anything without their help.
My senior helpers are for my mother. They are very friendly and attend to her needs with care. Communication is very good and they always let me know how things are going.
The company will call and inquire if they did not hear from your caregiver making sure that they did arrive at the required time. They do periodic checkups to make sure we are getting the correct care plan.
