With one exception employees were polite, gracious, helpful. I liked that their care was actually caring and careful. They were aware of boundaries and were able to be warm and communicative while still being professional. Again, with one exception, they were on time and attentive to their job(i.e. to me). Likable people that I would welcome into my life short term or – – very possibly – – long-term.

Rosalee is very helpful. She works hard to be sure the helper who is scheduled is best for the client and has a clear care plan.. We have be especially pleased with Veronica Teah, Eileen, Tatianna, and Vam as helpers. On the negative side, some helpers have slept n the job or been very late arriving. Managers have been responsive to these issues.

I like everything about my Senior Helper office of Havertown. There is a confirmation at the end of week for my helper's visit. When I call to talk with someone; they are thoughtful and professional. They listen to me carefully. I love that there is a person on the phone to answer. The helpers I had for over a year have been wonderful. I love everyone I had to my home.
